NTC Property Foundation

NTC Property Foundation, Inc. is the legal owner of real estate acquired for the benefit of Northcentral Technical College.

NTC Property Foundation was organized by the NTC Foundation in 2019 and is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. NTC Property Foundation was created to serve as a supporting organization for the NTC Foundation to receive gifts of real estate, purchase and develop real estate, and/or hold real estate for investment or future development that will benefit the College and its stakeholders.

NTC Property Foundation Projects

In January 2024, the NTC Property Foundation purchased the Medford, WI property/facility the College leased from a third party for 10 years to serve learners in Taylor County and surrounding areas. The NTC Medford Campus emphasizes Health Sciences educational training, offers a Community Technology Center for individuals and employers, supports learners with career and educational resources, and allows for virtual learning.

The NTC Property Foundation is currently exploring housing options for the College’s Antigo Campus students.

Ways to Give

The NTC Property Foundation accepts gifts of property and real estate, invests in and manages property and real estate that support the College’s mission and vision, and sells property and real estate to benefit students through the NTC Foundation and College.

Depending on the size, location and condition of property gifted/acquired, the NTC Property Foundation can do several things to maximize its returns. Property can become the site of a new College facility. It can also be sold, or a structure on the property can be renovated and flipped. All funds generated by the sale of property are used to benefit NTC students.
