A Day for NTC Students - Antigo / Langlade County

September 25, 2019
A Day for NTC Students is a one-day, community-wide effort dedicated to raising awareness of NTC programs and scholarship dollars for NTC students. Community and College volunteers work together to encourage donations toward scholarships, grants, and other support programs that directly benefit NTC students. Campaigns are held separately throughout the year in the Wausau, Medford, and Antigo areas. You can give by visiting WWW.NTC.EDU/GIVE to designate a gift for the Day for NTC Students - Antigo/Langlade County campaign.

Agricultural Land Value and Lease Seminar

Lead Safe Renovator Training (Initial and Refresher)

These courses provide training in performing renovation and remodeling activities in a lead-safe manner. Topics include background information on lead, health effects of exposure to lead, regulations, work-site preparation, conducting interim control and non-abatement activities and work-site clean-up and disposal.

Integrating Shame Work with Men Who Batter

This workshop will provide an overview of treatment with men who batter and a rationale for the inclusion of shame-based trauma work with this population.  Using group exercises and “hands-on” practice, specific detail about how shame-based trauma work can be integrated in treatment will be presented.

Tractor Safety

Saturdays, February 29 - April 4, 2020 (No class 3/28); 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
This course provides youth between the ages of 12 to 16 with the necessary requirements to be certified for compliance under Wisconsin Act 455 to operate tractors or self-propelled machinery for their own family on public roads.
