Lean Sigma Accelerated Certificate Training

Thursdays, August 12, 2021 - June 16, 2022
This accelerated, hybrid format is designed specifically for organizations who want to implement Lean Six Sigma. In the weekly 2-hour sessions, participants will use the tools of Lean and Six Sigma to identify opportunities and improve processes for a specific workplace project. This certificate consists of four courses: Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and 5S Project.

NonProfit Management Institute
