Leadership Dynamics equips participants with essential skills to navigate organizational behavior and change, addressing globalization impacts, culture, and decision-making. Learners gain expertise in leading change and fostering diversity, implementing strategies to manage perceptions, biases, and barriers. The program also focuses on developing leadership effectiveness, ethical behavior, situational leadership, and conflict resolution, enabling participants to motivate teams, set clear goals, and manage change confidently.

Essential Principles of Leadership

Intro to CNC Milling

Monday & Tuesdays, June 15 – August 11, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Learn the fundamentals of CNC milling setup and operation, including control panel basics, common tooling and simple program setup. Participants run existing programs and make guided edits to produce parts that meet basic print specifications.

Advanced Automation Fundamentals

Fridays, August 28 – December 18, 2026 | 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Start your journey into smart manufacturing with a fundamentals-focused Industry 4.0 program designed to build confidence and practical understanding from the ground up. Advanced Automation Fundamentals offers a hands-on introduction to modern automation and smart manufacturing through a blend of in-person labs, guided online learning, and a capstone experience that connects core concepts to real-world applications.

Supervision Edge

Tuesdays, October 6th, 2026 - March 30th, 2027
Supervision Edge equips business professionals with essential skills to excel in diverse organizational environments. Participants develop core competencies in time management, goal setting, delegation, stress management, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, and training. The program emphasizes team development and conflict resolution, teaching learners to facilitate effective teamwork, solve complex problems, and build consensus. Additionally, participants gain expertise in key supervisory and managerial functions, including providing feedback, conducting performance appraisals, mentoring employees, and creating motivating work environments. By mastering planning, organizing, leading, and problem-solving, learners are prepared to handle supervisory roles with confidence and effectiveness.
