The Catalyst Leadership Program is a transformational leadership course designed to elevate managers and leaders from team-focused leadership to influencing across organizational and community boundaries. Through biweekly interactive sessions, participants will develop strategic focus, decision-making skills, innovation capacity, and change leadership. The program culminates in a Capstone Project that addresses a real-world community-based challenge.

Participants will engage in classroom discussion and activities, and learning will continue outside the classroom with assigned reading and capstone project work.

Meet the Instructor:

Tim McKeough, MBA

Tim McKeough (MC – Q) has a passion for success and getting people and businesses to have more of it! He brings a unique perspective to all he does blending his high energy, knowledge, and love of seeing success to everyone he meets. Tim has spent over 20 years in executive level leadership positions in operations, business development and sales. He brings a breadth of knowledge and experience in operations, executive relationships, business development, system implementations, strategic planning, and organizational development in service to his clients.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree in Statistics from UW-Madison, his MBA from the University of St Thomas and is currently studying for his Doctorate in Applied Leadership at the UW-Green Bay. He holds certifications in the MBTI & DISC Personality Assessment, the Entrepreneur Mindset Profile, The Leadership Networking Diagnostic, is a certified Strategic Doing facilitator and is a Certified Canfield Success Principles Coach. Tim enjoys volunteering and serves as a facilitator and mentor for the Getting Ahead program at St Vincent De Paul.
