Our Floor Covering Installation program provides 300 contact hours of comprehensive instruction in resilient, hardwood, tile and carpet installation. Those that complete this program will have 3 industry recognized credentials for Carpet (CFI), Hardwood (NWFA) and Resilient (CFI).

Program Overview
Our comprehensive Basic Floor Covering Installation course combines hands-on training with classroom instruction, preparing you for an advanced beginner-level position in the flooring industry. Upon completion, you'll be ready to start your career and continue developing your expertise through on-the-job experience.

Monday & Tuesdays |  7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Industry Certification

  • Carpet and Resilient - International Certified Flooring Installers (CFI)
  • Hardwood - National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA)

These organizations are recognized leaders in floor covering training and certification, ensuring you receive industry-standard Certifications.

About 9,200 openings for flooring installers and tile and stone setters are projected each year, on average, over the decade. Many of those openings are expected to result from the need to replace workers who transfer to different occupations or exit the labor force, such as to retire.
