Each learner will: evaluate leadership skills, demonstrate leadership effectiveness, meet organizational requirements, carry out individual and group motivation strategies, implement mission, vision and goal setting, display ethical behavior, establish a personal leadership style, practice situational leadership, understand the impacts of power, facilitating employee development, coaching, managing change and effective conflict resolution.

Whatever motivates you to take on a leadership role for the first time the most important skill for you to learn is how to communicate with those you are now leading. This course will teach you about yourself and how you interact and communicate with your subordinates and your supervisors. It will also teach you about your leadership styles and what can make or break your smaller piece of the business pie.
