Continues concepts introduced in Beginning Principles of Refrigeration, but concentrates on commercial and industrial systems and controls. Walk-in coolers, freezers, heat reclaim and other forms of industrial refrigeration systems are studied. Course includes extensive hands-on experience and trouble shooting.
