Introduces learners to design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in sustainable residential construction. Learners receive hands-on training with sheet metal, gas piping and electrical componentry. Learners will also explore load calculations, system sizing, HVAC codes and Focus on Energy Standards for mechanical systems.
