This alternative high school course is the fourth in a series of 4 courses that equips learners with the essential knowledge and skills to successfully seek, acquire, and retain employment. Designed to be flexible and tailored to individual needs, it covers key aspects of the job search process, including completing job applications, building resumes, writing cover letters, mastering interview techniques, and refining interpersonal skills. While the course follows a structured sequence, learners can choose to complete components in the order most relevant to their goals. Beyond job readiness, this course fosters foundational employability skills—effective communication, adaptability, and collaboration—that support long-term success in both professional and academic pursuits.
