Apprentices will learn about wall construction techniques involved with wood framing. Course topics include stick framing walls and headers, wood framing practices, drywall and insulation, drywall taping, and wall finishing. Blueprint reading, safety, and tool use are included. Commercial building codes related to wall construction will be reviewed.
