Description
Examines various approaches in Integrated Pest Management. Learners will gather comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information, in combination with available pest control methods, will be used to identify pest management options that are the most economical means, with the least possible hazard to people, property and the environment.
Prerequisite: 10-093-103 AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT SAFETY. Condition: Accepted into the Crop Science Associate Degree program, or with Dean approval.
