Introduces digital electronics, the operation of logic gates and combinational logic circuits such as encoders, decoders and display circuits. Laboratory activities are performed to verify the theory.

Pre/Corequisite: 10-660-112 DC 1: ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT FUNDAMENTALS and 10-620-172 INDUSTRY WORKPLACE SAFETY. Condition: Enrollment in the Electromechanical Technology Associate Degree, Industrial Electronics and Maintenance Technician Technical Diploma, or Electrical Maintenance Certificate.
