The RCRA refresher training satisfies your annual requirement for training on the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA).  Requirements for RCRA training are listed in the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR 260).  You'll learn about the types of hazardous waste that are covered by the RCRA. You'll review the precautions and protective measures that reduce or eliminate the hazards posed by those substances. We'll cover your facilities handling of its wastes and other RCRA requirements.  Universal waste and special waste will also be covered. The class will review packaging, satellite accumulation, spill response and handling of the waste at your facility. You'll walk away with a renewed understanding of how to comply with the RCRA program and how to safely and effectively manage hazardous wastes.
