Prepares learners to configure the software applications and services that are Unified Communications. Unified Communications is an emerging class of applications and services designed to improve communications within the modern organization--to keep workgroups connected, enable them to collaborate effectively and streamline business processes. Learners will configure a converged network environment to establish unified messaging and Voice over IP.
