Examines personal and professional leadership characteristics needed by learners involved in projects, either as the project lead or as a project team member. It is important that we not only understand how to complete a project on time, within the scope of the project and within the budget; we must also understand the importance of leadership principles in Project Management. In this course learners will determine their key strengths in the four Leadership Strength Domains and apply the necessary leadership principles needed to truly achieve project "success".
