Examines the operations function, operations and the associated supply chain strategy. In Operations Control learners will demonstrate effective planning to manage the flow of materials, labor and services through the operations process. Upon completion of Operations Control learners will have determined the importance to the firm of decisions made in the operations function and its associated supply chain. The need for strategy to guide all decision making is emphasized.
