Description
Define, measure, analyze, improve and control an existing Supply Chain utilizing knowledge of concepts acquired from courses throughout the Supply Chain Management program. The learner will be given the opportunity to analyze, modify and test changes to an existing supply chain using simulation software to determine best alternatives concerning the locations of distribution centers, modes of transportation, inventory and safety stocking levels. Learners will present to management of the Supply Chain organization various financial statements, Supply Chain performance metrics, scenarios and supporting data to demonstrate their knowledge in designing and implementing Supply Chain strategies.
