Using the DiSC Personality Type Assessment, students will participate in a highly interactive workshop to help them understand their own behavior patterns, appreciate the diverse styles of their colleagues, and improve team dynamics and communication. This workshop will explain the four primary DiSC styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and provide an overview of the characteristics associated with each and increase self-awareness by gaining a deeper understanding of your personality type and the strengths and challenges it presents to your growth.
