This class introduces traditional Thai floor massage; a fully clothed therapy performed on a floor mat. Students will learn hands-on techniques using the hands, arms, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic leaning pressure, reflexology, acupressure, assisted stretching, breathwork, and yoga-inspired postures. This meditative modality focuses primarily on the legs while also addressing the feet, abdomen, arms, hands, face, neck, shoulders, and back.
