These controls enable us to provide a steady, year-round harvest of fresh mushrooms. We will discuss a large variety of mushrooms that changes with the seasons. Some of those varieties are an assortment of Oyster mushrooms such as Italian, Blue, Pink, and Pearl, as well as specialty varieties such as Speckled Chestnut and Lions Mane.
