The English Language Learning (ELL) program at NTC is designed for adults over 18.5 years of age whose native language is not English.

Classes are offered at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels, and are meant to increase basic academic levels in reading, writing and workforce/employability skills. ELL instructors and staff will help you set goals and choose classes to meet your need to help students function more effectively as parents, workers and citizens in the USA.
