Eligibility
This contest is open to all Northcentral Technical College (NTC) Fall 2025 graduates who are at least 18 years of age. By participating in this contest, you grant Northcentral Technical College permission to use your entire submitted photo for marketing, advertising and communications purposes. How To Enter
Submissions will be accepted beginning 8:00 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 through 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025. To enter, you must complete our entry form using your ntc.edu email.
Photo submitted must be a clear photo of the decorated cap. Each participant may only submit one photo.
By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You grant Northcentral Technical College (NTC) permission to use the photo and information you provide for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and other college publications. You understand that this content may be used to showcase NTC programs, events, and achievements, and you waive any claims for compensation related to its use.
By entering the contest, you agree that NTC has sole discretion in determining whether any submission is inappropriate and/or has violated the rules for entry. All decisions by NTC are final.
Rules + Restrictions
Your submission must comply with all requirements. NTC may reject any entry it deems has violated the Rules & Restriction or is otherwise unsuitable and disqualify the entry.
To be eligible:
- Your submission must be original to you.
- You may only decorate the flat, top surface of the graduation cap.
- Decorations must be securely attached to the cap and cannot interfere with wearing the cap.
- No items can extend more than three inches above or beyond the edges of the cap.
- Your cap must not contain any objects or materials that are flammable, sharp or otherwise harmful to others.
- Your submission cannot depict any content, language or images that would make the submission inappropriate for publication to a general audience as determined by NTC. This includes but is not limited to foul language, nudity, graphic, violent, obscene, hateful, illegal, defamatory, slanderous or false content, content that infringes on any person’s privacy or other rights, content that supports drug use, bigotry, racism or harm against any group or individual, content that includes political statements or endorsements or content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Voting + Winner Selection
All eligible entries will be uploaded to an online portal for voting. The link to this portal will be shared on the Northcentral Technical College Facebook page Saturday, December 13, 2025. Voting runs from the time the link is shared through Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
The winning caps will be posted on NTC’s Facebook page Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
