(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Thanks to a partnership between Northcentral Technical College (NTC), Antigo High School and Aspirus Langlade Hospital, students are equipped with the skills needed to help in an emergency situation.

The training was facilitated by Carrie Kelly and Ashley Frisch of Aspirus Langlade Hospital. Students were trained to develop First Aid, CPR and AED skills. Following the training, students know how to assist in the event of a stroke, heart attack, allergic reaction and obstructed airway.
