(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is pleased to host a free event geared toward area businesses and human resources professionals to help them attract and retain employees. The Grow Your Workforce Through Apprenticeship event will take place at NTC’s Center for Health Sciences building in room 1004 A on Tuesday, November 15 from 7:45 AM – 10:00 AM.

“We are celebrating national apprenticeship week by inviting those who are interested in apprenticeship to NTC,” said Katie Metko, Apprenticeship Manager at NTC. “Establishing an apprenticeship program at your business can help create a pipeline of employees who understand your culture.”

Hear from area employers that have successfully implemented apprenticeship programs during the employer panel. Learn about the benefits of youth apprenticeship and how the program can transition into registered apprenticeship. A virtual option is also available for those who cannot attend the event in-person.

Registration is required and can be completed online at: Grow Your Workforce Through Apprenticeships.
