Chris has more than 15 years of experience training, coaching and implementing Lean Six Sigma based improvement programs for various types of businesses and organizations. He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Bob recently retired as a Wausau Police Department Officer after serving 28 years in law enforcement. He also served as a CNA and a Police Liaison at North Central Health Care Center for over four years. Bob is currently a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) coordinator and assists in instructing CIT, situational awareness and de-escalation training.

Tonya is a leadership coach, consultant, facilitator, poet, and mindfulness practitioner. Joining NTC in 2012, she has partnered with a strong variety of organizations and industries. Tonya is an Associate Certified Coach with ICF. Her Master’s degree is in Organizational Communication, and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Tonya specializes in the customization of leadership development, executive coaching, and is well versed in multiple assessments and learning models.

Chef Travis formed a passion for culinary arts at a young age while cooking breakfast for his Grandfather each morning with his Grandmother. He pursued his passion by attending Johnson & Wales University, graduating with a Culinary Arts degree and went on to serve as Executive Chef at several fine dining establishments. Chef Travis is a full-time culinary instructor at NTC and provides training opportunities for the public to attend through NTC’s Continuing Education offerings.

Tamarr has over 20 years of experience in management and human resource/training-related positions. She has been an Adjunct Faculty at NTC since 2004, offering professional development and consulting for business partners specializing in leadership, strategic topics and customer service excellence training.
