Facility Rental

NTC provides a great option for workshops, conferences, or just getting the team away for a meeting in a professional setting at a fraction of the cost as compared to other facility options in the area. The meeting rooms in our facility include updated technology to accommodate all delivery methods, moveable furniture for maximum room use, and wireless internet for easy access.

Our state-of-the–art facilities feature spaces for small groups of 10–15 individuals and conference accommodations for up to 200 based on seating arrangement. In addition to various seating capacity and catering options, NTC also has several locations to choose from for your next meeting or conference.

Professional Conference Center

The Professional Conference Center is our highest capacity rental facility. It’s a spacious, professional venue for presentations, conferences and other large group events. The center has the option of opening into one large space or into two separate rooms.

Community Collaboration Center (E101/102)

This newly renovated space is perfect for presentations, conferences and workshops. The center has the option of opening into one large space or into two separate rooms which includes updated technology and moveable furniture.

Rent the Community Collaboration Center

The spacious Community Training Room features skylight windows, numerous tables and chairs, and an optional divider wall.

Our most popular choice, training classrooms, are well equipped with the moveable furniture and technology you need to hold your next meeting or workshop.

Community Technology Centers

The Community Technology Centers at our regional campuses include private offices and meeting rooms. These spaces can be reserved for a nominal rate on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Additionally, a remote worker package is available for those who need a secure, dedicated office space with 24/7 keycard access.

Courtyard

This beautiful, relaxing outdoor space can be used for your next corporate, organizational or community event.

Catering & Food Service

Catering is available on the Wausau Campus from the NTC Campus Cafe, operated by Canteen Dining. You may view a menu and place all catering orders by creating an account on Canteen’s catering website.

Rental Guidelines

Rental guidelines must be adhered to. All room fees are on an hour fee; no 1/4 or 1/2 hours charged; time will be rounded up to full hour (both for-profit and non-profit organizations). Please see guidelines for any additional fees and charges.
