Explores the application of business analysis foundational and key concepts. Learners will be able to demonstrate competence in the following business analysis knowledge areas: Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, and Requirements Life Cycle Management.  Learners will complete tasks and apply approved business analyst techniques to demonstrate competence. Topics include: stakeholder engagement; business analysis governance; business analysis information management; business analysis performance improvements; prepare, conduct and confirm elicitation; communicate business analysis information; managing stakeholder collaboration; trace, maintain and prioritize requirements; and asses and approve requirements.
