Develops the skills necessary to effectively analyze an organization's competitive strategy. This course will explore the steps that an organization analyzes when considering how to increase their value to the customer. The modules will explore the concepts of value chain, production systems, competitive strategies, soft and hard technologies, and investment processes. At the end of this course, the learner will be developing an ROI for an equipment purchase for a chosen product and organization.
