    • Learn techniques for urban cultivation of mushrooms with simple controls of temperature, humidity, light, and air exchange (like us, mushrooms breath in oxygen and produce CO2). These controls enable us to provide a steady, year-round harvest of fresh mushrooms. We will discuss a large variety of mushrooms that changes with the seasons.
