Focuses on the development of a comprehensive business plan that integrates all the knowledge and skills learned in the previous courses. Through lectures, group work, and individual assignments, students will learn to create a mission and vision statement, conduct a SWOT analysis, identify target markets, develop a marketing and sales plan, create financial projections, secure funding, and understand legal and regulatory compliance. By the end of the course, students will have created a comprehensive business plan and be prepared to pitch their ideas to potential investors or lenders.
