Change is inevitable — but leading through it effectively is a skill. This interactive workshop equips participants with practical tools to navigate uncertainty, communicate clearly during transitions, and build resilience in themselves and others. Through self-assessment, discussion, and real-world application, participants will explore their personal response to change, understand why people resist change, and learn strategies to help teams move forward with greater confidence and adaptability. The program also introduces foundational change management frameworks.
