This course develops participants’ understanding of workplace behavior, communication, leadership influence, and team dynamics through applied learning and observation. Participants build diagnostic thinking skills to recognize patterns that affect organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and workplace relationships. Topics include leadership styles, communication practices, responses to change, team participation, and problem-solving approaches. Using reflection and workplace-based analysis, participants strengthen professional awareness, adaptability, and their ability to navigate complex workplace environments effectively.
