Dual Credit allows high school students to earn college credits and save money on tuition while still in high school. Dual Credit is an arrangement where you can earn both high school and college credit. Technical college courses are taught in the high school by college-certified high school instructors at no cost to the student or high school.
There are several benefits associated with completing dual credit classes, including: saving time and money by getting a free jump-start on college, getting a feel for the rigor of college classes while in a familiar learning environment and the ability to transfer credit to the college of your choice.
