In this course we will each learn to cut up a chicken, creating leg pieces, thigh pieces, boneless breast pieces and wings. Chef will then show how to make that into five different meals with portioning suitable for one.

Recipes explored will be:

  • Chicken corn chowder
  • Pesto chicken breast
  • Baked buffalo wings
  • Chicken stir fry
  • Herb breaded legs
