Northcentral Technical College is proud to partner with Technology of Participation (ToP) training agency to provide Facilitation Methods training. This curriculum bases much of its work on the proven facilitation methods of the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), a world leader in the field of professional facilitation.

In this course, participants review the responsibilities of facilitation as well as the values that anchor critical facilitation behaviors. They then learn the three facilitation methods that are the foundation of the Technology of Participation (ToP): Focused Conversation Method, Consensus Workshop Method, and ToP Action Planning.
