NTC, in partnership with Engineering Tomorrow and Learn Build Fly, is sponsoring an Engineering STEM camp to explore the field of engineering. Students will participate in hands-on instructional labs to ignite curiosity about engineering and aeronautics! Each day, the students will receive cutting-edge instruction led by professional engineers!

During the first day, students will learn about the engineering design process, investigate different materials, learn about stress and load, and then have the opportunity to design, build, and test different bridges to maximize the load.

On the second day, the students will learn what constitutes an embedded system and its enormous presence in today’s world - especially in aeronautics.

The third day will begin at NTC Wausau Campus STEM Lab. Next, students will be bussed to the Learn Build Fly Hangar at the Wausau Airport.  Students will engage in a hands-on Air Vehicles - Aerodynamics engineering lab. On this day, a pizza lunch will be provided for the students. Parents will need to pick up their students at the Wausau Airport.

This camp is now operating on a waitlist.
