Learn to communicate with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community through two non-credit courses offered this fall. Beginning Sign Language is open to anyone with no prior experience, and Beginning Sign Language II continues for students who have completed the first course.

Students enrolling in this course will learn basic techniques for communicating with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons, including fundamentals of sign language skill development, all in a fun and relaxed environment.
Beginning Sign Language II (47533501)
Tuesdays, November 10 - December 15, 2026
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cost: $69
Build upon a basic knowledge of signing and learn intermediate techniques for communicating with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This course explores expanding sign language skills, including key signs to use to communicate effectively. Intended for students who have already completed Beginning Sign Language.
