These programs allow participants to “earn while they learn,” combining paid, hands-on experience with classroom instruction to build valuable, workplace-relevant skills. NTC’s apprenticeship program continues to grow and currently supports 200 apprentices across 14 different apprenticeship programs. This spring, 40 apprentices are set to graduate, showcasing the strength and success of NTC’s commitment to workforce development.

In addition, NTC is proud to announce the launch of its first Early Childhood Teacher apprenticeship program, beginning this fall. This is an exciting opportunity designed to address critical needs in the early education sector.

National Apprenticeship Day is a time to recognize the important contributions apprenticeships make to businesses, communities and the broader community. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, 90% of apprentices remain employed after completing their program, highlighting the effectiveness of this model in building lasting careers.
