WAUSAU, Wis. (April 20, 2026) — Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is pleased to announce that President Dr. Jeannie Worden received the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Instructional Services Administrators (ISA) Eagle Management Award, which recognizes outstanding leadership and measurable impact across the WTCS.
Worden was selected through a competitive, statewide process. As part of the nomination, NTC’s executive leadership team cited her sustained, systemwide influence and commitment to student and organizational success.
"Dr. Worden consistently models people-centered leadership by engaging faculty, staff, and partners at all levels,’ said Dr. Darren Ackley, chief operating officer, NTC. “Through mentorship, collaboration, intentional staff development, and sustained community engagement, she has produced results that extend well beyond her immediate role and represent a lasting investment in the strength and sustainability of the Wisconsin Technical College System.”
The Eagle Management Award honors a select group of leaders who demonstrate a strong commitment to technical education and exemplify integrity, collaboration and service. Recipients are recognized for cultivating knowledge, empowering others, building relationships and advancing the mission of the WTCS.
Worden was recognized during the Eagle Award luncheon held this week in Wisconsin Dells as part of a joint meeting of instructional and student services administrators.
