Welding

Develop print interpretation skills needed in metal fabrication. Learners study orthographic projection, dimensioning, welding symbols and bill of materials. Learners apply concepts in hands-on activities, practicing basic layout skills and safe operation of saws, shears and drills.

Notes
This course is offered as self-paced learning. Lab competencies will be completed in the Welding Lab at the Antigo Campus. The Welding Lab is open Monday/Thursday from 4:00PM - 5:00PM for classroom work and Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 5:00PM - 8:00PM for general lab work.
