  • Conference room availability on campus for planning meetings

Presenter Arrangements

  • Manage “Call for Presentations” (includes marketing, mailings, database development, and acceptance/denial notifications)
  • Prepare presenter contracts including speaker fees, travel, audio-visual needs, etc.
  • Compile requested presenter vitae, session description, introduction information and photograph
  • Issue speaker checks
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements
  • Coordinate duplication of presenters' handouts
  • Serve as a main contact and information resource for presenters

All rooms are equipped with:

The front wall of the Community Training Room features podiums, large projection screens, and a wood paneled wall. Several tables and chairs are available to seat large audiences.

Catering

Catering services are available for conference events from NTC’s catering provider, Canteen Dining, and managed by our event staff.

Parking

Conference guests are welcome to park within the marked stalls in all parking lots on campus at no cost. Handicap and motorcycle parking are available in each lot.

Event Services Policies

Facility Use for Northcentral Technical College (NTC) will be available to those organizations within the District that are aligned with the overall mission of the college and do not interfere with the District’s operations.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

As an accredited college in the state of Wisconsin, NTC is an approved provider of Continuing Education Units for professional development and continuing education hours.
