The Leadership Development Career Skill Path is intended to train and upgrade supervisors, managers and aspiring supervisors and managers.

Throughout this Career Skill Path, the learner will develop skills in human relations, motivation, leadership, delegation, labor relations, problem solving, decision-making, communication, stress management, training, time management, business ethics and computer skills.

This Career Skill Path consists of the following topical areas. Completion of all modules within each area, along with general education courses will earn you the Leadership Development Associate Degree, or just complete all modules within one topic to earn a Technical Diploma in that area.

Leadership

Learners will examine and develop leadership skills, apply the skills and tools necessary to implement and maintain a diverse work environment, and develop the abilities necessary to effectively deal with organizational behavior and development.

Human Resource Management (Coming Soon)

Learners will apply the skills necessary to provide a safe work environment, direct employee abilities to meet workforce and organizational goals and implement the training cycle of assessment needed to develop human resources in organizations.

Lean Organizations (Coming Soon)

Learners will acquire the skills and tools necessary to successfully manage projects, ensure quality and apply lean operation solutions.

Supervision (Coming Soon)

Learners will develop the expertise necessary to perform essential supervisory and managerial functions, effectively manage time, prioritize activities, delegate tasks, manage stress, facilitate team effectiveness, solve problems, and resolve conflict.
