The Early Childhood Care Short-Term Training is a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of current and future Childcare facility employees in providing quality early childhood care and education. This training program is designed to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to support and nurture young children effectively and to upskill staff.

Learn to carve a wooden spoon! Designed with the beginner in mind, this workshop will focus on using traditional hand tools to turn a greenwood spoon blank into a finished spoon. Students will also discuss wood selection and how to prepare a spoon blank. All tools and materials will be provided.

Are you ready to explore the world of flooring installation? Our Flooring Installation Technician program provides 300 contact hours of comprehensive instruction in resilient, hardwood, tile and carpet installation. Those that complete this program will have 3 industry recognized credentials for Carpet (CFI), Hardwood (NWFA) and Resilient (CFI).

There are great edible mushrooms in the spring. We will look at velvet foot, pheasant's back, wood corals, and of course morels!
