Provides the learner with opportunities to practice the principles and procedures of laboratory medicine in a clinical laboratory setting including the operation of state of the art instrumentation and the use of laboratory information systems to report results. The fourteen competencies will be divided between Clinical Experience 1, Clinical Experience 2 and Clinical Experience 3. Order that competencies will be covered vary based on staffing at clinical sites.
