Designed for learners seeking the Hazardous Materials (H) endorsement on their Commercial Driver License (CDL) as defined in § 383.93(c)(4). Successful completion of this course satisfies the Entry Level Driver Training requirements for eligibility to take the knowledge test for the H endorsement at the Department of Motor Vehicles. This course is designed specifically for drivers to safely transport hazardous materials. It helps satisfy the function-specific training requirements (49 CFR 172.702(a)(2)) and modal-specific training requirements for transport by highway (49 CFR Part 177).

The Clinical Supervision in Substance Abuse Counseling course is designed to fulfill the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requirement of 30 hours of classroom training in clinical supervision. This course is designed for working professionals with the flexibility of online and self-paced. Each module includes a minimum of 6 hours of training in each of the following domains: Assessment or Evaluation, Counselor Development, Management or Administration, Professional Responsibility.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) is a nationally recognized paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in areas such as delivering direct behavior-analytic services, aiding in implementing behavior plans which are developed by the BCBA or BCaBA, and collecting data. Completing this 40-hour course will provide students with the necessary training hours required for access to the RBT certification exam with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (An exam separate from NTC).
This course highlights the similarities in equipment and technique between the major arc welding processes. Students complete introductory level competencies in the GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Material preparation skills include shearing, sawing, grinding, and thermal cutting. This state approved course prepares you for the National Restaurant Association Certification examination from the Department of Health and Social Services by providing managers and employees in the food-service industry the knowledge of food-safety procedures. Hazardous Materials Technicians are trained to respond to hazardous materials emergencies in an offensive fashion. Their primary role is to stop or control a spill or release by approaching the point of the release using specialized personal protective equipment (PPE). Hazmat Technicians are typically members of Hazmat Teams, often referred to as Spill Response Teams or Emergency Response Teams, when they respond to chemical spills. OSHA requires Hazardous Materials Technicians to be trained in accordance with section (q) of the HAZWOPER regulation 29 CFR 1910.120. This training is also referred to as Hazmat Tech, Level III Responder, Industry Tech, or any combination of these terms. Per OSHA, this training requires annual refresher training of sufficient content and duration to maintain responder competencies.

The Traffic Safety (Point Reduction) class is designed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to review basic safe driving concepts and may be attended by anyone. Emphasis will be placed on how to develop a personal change plan to reduce the risk of traffic violations and crashes. Upon successful completion of the class, the student may request a three (3) point reduction of the demerit points on their license. This course will explore the basics of safe mushroom identification for numerous spring species. There are great edible mushrooms in the spring. We will look at velvet foot, pheasant's back, wood corals, and of course morels! The second part of the class is a field trip to the woods to use the identification skills in the real world.

The 17- hour Basic Motorcycle Rider course, including online ECourse and in person instruction, is designed for beginning riders and was developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF). Instructors are certified by the MSF and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). It is taught off-street, out of traffic, and motorcycles and helmets are provided. The course consists of 1 hour of classroom and 11 hours of on-cycle instruction. In addition there is a 5 hour ECourse that must be completed prior to class (fees for ECourse separate from course fee). The Basic Rider Course covers preparing to ride, turning, shifting and braking, street strategies, special situations, increasing riding skills, maintenance and insurance.
All LE academy candidates and law enforcement recruits must complete and pass the physical readiness test. The test must by completed at a DOJ certified law enforcement academy. This test will meet that standard.

Occupational safety is important in every work environment. Designed for general industry workers, foremen, job supervisors and anyone involved in general industry, the Outreach Training Program courses are an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by the Occupational Safety Health Act (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910. When required by OSHA standards, workers must receive additional training on the specific hazards of their job. This training is recommended by OSHA. Attendees will receive an NTC certificate of completion, plus the official blue general industry wallet card issued by OSHA, to certify they successfully completed the course.
