This series of sessions will provide learners a foundational understanding of the unique issues faced when managing and operating a non-profit organization. These programs is designed for those who work or wish to work in a non-profit setting, particularly for those in management and leadership roles. These sessions will cover topics such as: Effective Non-Profit Leadership, Non-Profit Operations Management, Human Resources Essentials, Volunteer Engagement, Branding, PR and Marketing, and Fundraising Fundamentals.
