Film, Farm & Culture Fest of Wausau (FFCFW) 2026 is an annual summer meeting point for audiences and emerging filmmakers to celebrate the finest independent cinema and storytelling about farm and culture. The festival program includes six curated award-winning feature fiction and documentary films from around the world.
During the festival, the public has an opportunity to participate in hands-on video production labs at the Northcentral Technical College (NTC) state-of-the-art Studio 7 facility. The summer event provides our students and alumni an opportunity to participate and intern at the festival screenings and labs. The film festival screenings, events and labs are presented by NTC & organized by the Studio 7 Video Production faculty, Jila Nikpay.
Film Festival is a small but unique project that is designed to cultivate a place to showcase films that spark conversations about culture and agriculture.
Film screenings will be held at the Woodson History Center (410 McIndoe Street, Wausau, WI 54403) from July 23 through August 1 on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays. Film titles for the weekly screening will be announced on Sunday, July 12.
