The Library Offers a Variety of Study Zones

The Main Floor is a collaborative zone allowing for group projects and limited conversation. Students using this area can quietly work on projects together while respecting students around them. Study rooms are available only for students working on projects that require a larger or more private space.

The Library has four Study Rooms available only to NTC students for the purpose of quiet space to study or for study groups and projects. Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved. They are not available for club or organization meetings.  All study rooms have a 2 hour limit. For a more constructive and collaborative atmosphere the majority of the study rooms and conference room are equipped with a magnetic glass whiteboard. Dry erase markers and a microfiber cloth are also available for your convenience. Additional dry erase markers can be checked out at the circulation desk.

A conference room is available on the first floor for students to reserve. Outside the conference room is a schedule listing all reservations students have reserved. To reserve the conference room please see library staff at the circulation desk, call the circulation desk at 715.803.1115 or email library@ntc.edu.

The NTC library reserves the right to ask students to remove their unattended belongings if another student or group would like a study room or conference room.
