Description
Examines personal and professional leadership characteristics needed by learners involved in projects, either as the project lead or as a project team member. In Project Leadership Principles learners examine leading, managing, and controlling for success in project management. Learners identify how the organizational structure, organizational culture, project life cycle model, and roles of various players impact project success. Learners will examine how high-performance teams are organized and developed includes engaging stakeholders, managing communications, and running project meetings.
