Program Description
The Supply Chain Assistant Technical Diploma program is designed for those who want a solid understanding of the entire supply chain, are interested in expanding their knowledge base, are committed to professional advancement and may be new to certain supply chain domains.
This program will equip the learner with the concepts of supply chain and roles within manufacturing, transportation, service, and retail organizations with an emphasis on examining logistic management processes, determining appropriate purchasing and procurement strategies, identifying elements of an effective supply chain information management system, evaluating lean enterprise processes and developing solid project management skills to improve organizational efficiency. The goal of the program is to support workforce readiness and upward mobility for entry-level, operational and supervisory level supply chain employees.
As an Embedded Technical Diploma, this program ladders fully into the Supply Chain Management Associate Degree program.
